Biography

Denton was a member of the important Corpus Christi guild, assisting in 1392 in the foundation of the guild chantry at St. Martin’s church. In 1405 he stood surety for Henry atte Greve, when, as Leicester herald, the latter was given custody of the lands of a minor.2
