Biography

Gore was fined 3d. in the borough court in 1414 for selling underweight bread. At the parliamentary elections of 1432 he was mainpernor for John Burgess* of Maldon. In May 1434, as bailiff, he was one of those from Essex who took the general oath not to maintain breakers of the peace.2
