Biography

In an undated Huntingdon court roll of the early part of Richard II’s reign, a John Pakenham is named as a surety for two men who were to be admitted to the freedom of the borough. It seems quite likely that he went on to represent the local burgesses in Parliament, but nothing else is known for certain about him.
