Biography

Elected for county Clare in the last Irish parliament, Massey supported the Union. At Westminster he made no mark, except for a vote in the minority for inquiry into the Ferrol expedition, 19 Feb. 1801. He did not seek re-election in 1802. Massey died 28 Mar. 1842.
